I would guess that this is no longer valid after almost nine years. And as Safari is not available for Windows or Linux (*), any Safari-only bugs have a very low priority for the Music app.

(*) There is the version 5.1.7 still downloadable for Windows but it's ancient and the Music app doesn't work at all on it.
