500 error while creating tag on locked file #7590

Steps:

open https://ocis.ocis-wopi.latest.owncloud.works/ and create the file .odt or .docx
open the file in onlyoffice in another tab (to lock the file)
try to create a tag for the file

Expected: 423 error like here #6358
Actual: 500 error
