Redirect to IdP on login by default #170

Make it configurable whether or not there is a login page.
Reasons for making it configurable:

The current oC login page doesn't do anything except showing "ownCloud" and providing a button the user has to click to be redirected to the IdP.
if the IDP login page doesn't give you a clue what service you are logging in to, then UX-wise that's a bad landing page.

Default: Directly redirect to IdP (we focus on a themed Kopano Konnect for tech preview)
Think about an actual login page when it's demanded
