File navigation stuck during uploads of large files

During uploads of large files via the webinterface (10GiB in my case), the file navigation gets stuck with the spinner (see attached screenshot).

How to reproduce

• upload a large file
• start navigating through existing files & folders

I can't reproduce this, some more infos would be great:

• Which backend?
• Is chunking enabled? What is the configured chunk size if so?
• Any "special" navigation routes like shares, spaces etc.? Or just navigating through the personal space?
• Does the spinner stay until the upload is finished? Or does it just take very long to load the files table?
