[web] Add "Download" option for Spaces

Description

User Stories

• As a user who wants do download a whole space I want to have the download option at space-level so that I don't have to select all space-files within the space.

Acceptance Criteria

• On Space Overview: Add context-menu option "Download" to Space-Context Menu
• Inside a Space: Add context-menu option "Download" to Space-Context Menu
• Add context-menu option "Download" to Actions-Panel
  (same order in menus as for files)

[ ] everybody needs to understand the value written in the user story
