[Architecture] Add support for ARMv7

Hi
I'm using an Odroid HC-1 from Hardkernel with Open Media Vault on it. I'm using docker for Home Assistant, MQTT and backups with Duplicati. These virtualization just runs fine.
So now I'm searching for a possibility for using OwnTone in a docker image. But there's nothing for the architecture platform ARMv7.
Is there a possibility to publish a version for this architecture?

@teigaff, I will put in place a workflow that creates a version for ARMv7 as well.
The current workflow that I published a few hours ago should do it, but for some reason it gets stuck and is very slow.

The problem seems related to this issue

Investigating further, it seems to be a bug from qemu. And as GitHub uses qemu to emulate an ARMv7-based machine, then it hangs while calling the npm command.
