Improve error message for SWO_SEC_PIN_15 (0x5515) when ledger device is in screen lock. #1613

Describe the bug
When using the Oxen wallet, if Ledger device is locked, any operation that requires connection to the device will fail.

It would be nice to have more user-friendly error messages to tell the user to unlock their hardware wallet and retry.
