Add a guide for running popular apps over Loki

I heard that there were internal docs on how to set up popular apps like Mumble to run on Loki.

Can we surface this info?

I havn't personally seen them anywhere but i'll speak to Jeff if he has any guides we can move to the docs. If you have any that you know if please drop the links in here and i'll add them to the docs.

basically all you have to do is bind any service you want exposed as a snap using the ip address provided by lokinet, (you can look this up what this ip is using dig +short @127.3.2.1 localhost.loki)
