Fix for the issue with the Invitee nodes joining

This release contains bug fix for the issue of the external Invitee nodes endlessly waiting for the bootstrap node: #108 (also #109 and #110) and doc fixes.

Helm, Kubernetes and Docker integrated.

This release introduces helm charts for managing the parameters of the private blockchain and many fixes and improvements. The highlights of the capabilities are:

• configurable number of nodes in the blockchain at the creation time
• scaling the running blockchain cluster up and down
• support for adding/removing external nodes to the blockchain
• support for Tezos client RPC authentication
