Oxygen DITA Expand Conrefs and Keyrefs

Expands all conrefs, keyrefs, and conkeyrefs in a DITA topic replacing it with the resolved content.

This add-on might be useful if, for example, you have a DITA Topic document where you want to expand all content and key references to publish it as PDF.

Compatibility

This add-on is compatible with Oxygen XML Editor/Author) version 19.1 or higher.

How to install

  1. In Oxygen, go to Help->Install new add-ons to open an add-on selection dialog box.
  2. Enter or paste https://raw.githubusercontent.com/oxygenxml/oxygen-expand-conrefs-keyrefs/master/addon.xml in the Show add-ons from field.
  3. Select the DITA Expand Conrefs and Keyrefs add-on and click Next.
  4. Read the end-user license agreement. Then select the I accept all terms of the end-user license agreement option and click Finish.
  5. Restart the application.

Result: A new action (Expand all conrefs/keyrefs) will now be available in the contextual menu when editing DITA documents in Author mode.
