Appling the package when the translated map doesn't exist

When applying the package we could present a dialog:
"Where should I apply the translated resources?"
"- on the current map: [my_map_fr.ditamap]"
"- in the directory: [Browse]"****

The second option will help when you are translating a map to, let's say French, for the first time and you don't have the "French" version of the project yet.
