Request - Compatibility with File Color Plugin

I really like this plug in for visualising and organising my file explorer!!
I had been using the File-Color Plugin to set colors on the file tree but it doesnt apply/ work with this plug in. I love how simple the 'File Color' plugin is letting you set custom colors for files and folders.
The 'set color' option still shows up when I right-click on a file/folder alt file tree (and I can set the color that way! but only visible from the original file explorer) - I would love to be able to customise the colors the same way

Is there a code snippet or any way to make them compatible so the colors I set through the 'File Color' Plugin show up on the Alt File Tree?
