can not connect VPN #3

Device: iPhone 4S (iPhone4,1)
iOS version: 9.3.6 (13G37)
(jailbroken by phoenix before.)

VPN works fine on phoenix but does not on p0laris.
is it bug or should i have to factory reset?

Sorry, I probably should add a notice on the site, it's a known issue I keep forgetting about.

I haven't spent the time to figure out what the issue is yet.

Don't reset, it's a known issue.
