All share extensions seem to be broken and won't display, or a popup will show "The Operation Can't Be Completed - Couldn't communicate with a helper application"

Sample reproduction steps (iPad 2,4 iOS 9.3.5):

  1. Install the Workflows app
  2. Jailbreak with p0laris (issue not present in jailed mode or if using phoenix)
  3. Open Safari and visit apple.com
  4. Tap on share button in top bar and select "Run Workflow"
  5. Nothing will happen

yeah, kernel patches are pretty broken lol
