add an option to support taslang improvements branch #63

there is currently no way to use the features of https://github.com/p2sr/SourceAutoRecord/tree/feat/tas-lang-improvements without causing an error in vsc. i am requesting that there will be an option to use the taslang improvements branch specific commands untill the commands are merged into main.
