I'm not really sure if this functionality is already present in the plugin but I'll try anyway.

Every item in a shop should have the general daily-stock option and every shop a general daily-usage for each user through permission set.

Those option could be set with a personal interval in the config file for each item and shop, not only a day period.

I hope you'll add this enhancement because it could stop people from grinding money in a single day!
