Notification tab losing position after refresh #872

Describe the bug
When refreshing the notification tab, it sometimes jump to an older notification and you have to scroll up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Switch to the notifications tab from home tab
  2. Refresh
  3. Repeat until it happens

Expected behavior
Position staying at top when refreshing.

Affirmation
I have checked other issues for this project (open and closed) and I cannot find one that matches the problem I am reporting.
