Add possibility of customizing user's home

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the user's homepage is a template that you can modify through views. I'd like to be able to create my own homepage and be used instead of this template, without to modifying the default one.

Describe the solution you'd like
A view folder to customize homepage, if it's existing it will be used, if not we will use the default one.
