Backport wiki bugfixes to redmine 3.2 branch

Will this one also be fixed for redmine 3.2? In tag 0.2.8 e.g.?
I currently have redmine installed via ubuntu 16.04 package manager.

This references changes from 0015ff7 for #28 and from 89aad68 for #33

Currently I've limited time and I cannot promise anything within the next weeks.

If you @robertfausk are able to backport and test(!) those two commits to the redmine-3.0-3.2 branch and send a pull request, that would help!

@robertfausk both fixes have been backported without testing to the redmine-3.0-3.2 branch for Redmine 3.0-3.2.

Could you please test the latest snapshot and tell me whether it works?
