Panel stack header box-shadow getting overlayed #3413

Environment

  • Package version(s): "@blueprintjs/core": "^3.14.1",
  • Browser and OS versions: Chrome 72.0.3626.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Change background-color of next sibling that follows bp3-panel-stack-header element
  2. Notice that this sibling now sits on top of the header, which hides the bottom box-shadow

Actual behavior

Expected behavior

To have the box-shadow around all edges of the header

Possible solution

Add z-index to allow the element loaded first (header) to not be stacked over
