Doc side panel prop definitions not scrolling

@tnrich I cannot reproduce this. it scrolls just fine for me on the latest docs site.

Hmmm I think this might be related to the nasty new chrome bug that blocks scrolling seemingly at random on certain machines.. I'll send a link shortly

EDIT Scratch that. I do not think that is the case because the fix for the bug I mentioned was to always enable scrollbars on mac but that did not work here. I don't know what to say except for I don't have any scrollbars on the doc side panel:
