Ukrainian flag doesn't work in TouchBar #2

Pre-conditions:

MacBook with touch bar
Keyboard layout pre-installed

Steps:

Go To System Settings
Pick "Keyboard."
Select "Customize Control Strip"
Add language switcher to the Control Strip
Switch the layout to Ukrainian (Russian)

ER:
Ukrainian flag in the Touch Bar

AR:
Language switcher remains in the previous keyboard layout.

I've just checked and touchbar does show Ukrainian flag. Perhaps this issue can be closed.
