Hi Pamela! PR #8 has the changes needed to work with v3, but you'll need a valid key from https://console.developers.google.com

RageTube is currently down due to Google App Engine being a meanie face and deprecating apps using the old datastore. One day I'll get it back up, along with all my other dead apps.
