This boils down to the fact that PA does not seem to always send "I am dead" alerts when the player has died. It also fails to send alerts when the game lags(?) because i.e. of nuke hits. So units killed by nukes are often not removed as well. As far as I can tell there is not much I can do about the nuke-problem. PA just does not tell me about the dead units, so I can't do much. The ghost units at the end could be solved by "if player dead remove all his units" |
That makes sense. A "if player dead remove all his units" function would be quite helpful to have. |
It seems that a small part of the players army is still counted as alive by PA Stats after that player loses and leaves. In this game (http://www.nanodesu.info/pastats/chart?gameId=11934) mike died at 22:30. After that his army is shown to have stayed the same with just a few units and buildings for the rest of the game. The same thing happened to my data in that game when I died from a bomber mob around 31:30.
