document relationship with other similar tools

It is quite common for tools to refer to other similar tools that aim to solve the same problem and eventually to compare their differences. This should be a section inside the README.

@dyoder Thanks for pointing it, I didn't expect a quick resolution, just wanted to raise it so we don't forget about it, someone else could do it. Also having this ticket open is a good opportunity to gather information about what should be included in the implementation.
