其实 stream已经实现持久化了。
$socket = stream_socket_client('tcp://host', $errorno, $errorstr, $timeout, STREAM_CLIENT_CONNECT | STREAM_CLIENT_PERSISTENT);

观察源码其内部也调用了stream_*系列函数加上persistent resource实现
