Obvious dupes:

Remove: https://docs.pantheon.io/modules-plugins-known-issues

Consolidate: https://docs.pantheon.io/wordpress-known-issues with https://docs.pantheon.io/plugins-known-issues or the other way around

Reorder submenu list, wp at the top
