Steps to reproduce the behavior

I used terminus command. it's "terminus drush drupalvn8.dev clear-cache"
but it always shows that error.
Please help me to resolve.

Try the HEAD of the latest master branch. I think this has been recently fixed.

I used window, so I think it's not available on the window. Right?

Try Terminus 1.1. Should be working on Windows now.

Thanks @greg-1-anderson. It worked. but I still have another issue. I think that issue because my environment on the pantheon.
