autocomplete is not working in remote host

Expected behavior

autocomplete is not working in remote host.
e.g. I ssh to jump server then ssh to another server.
before 8.2.0 when I enter ssh it will pops up recommendations for existing host, but after 8.2.0, the saved hostname and snippets are not working on remote host, but works OK on local.

Actual behavior

there is no recommendations for existing host and snippets.
