It would be nice to be able to mimic the drush command that skips specific tables and ideally the cache tables. Currently env:clone will clear the cache with --cc which is nice and all but it's silly to copy the cache tables down in the first place and it's an unnecessary use of time and resources.
--skip-cache-table or some similar flag might work.
