Feat.req. Option to repack paks in 1 command not 2 and delete junk files

For example 1 command to unpack pak , delete junk data and repack back to original pak.
Junk files folders:
slate
vreditor
engine/content/*editor?
engine content tutorial

I think thats a great idea. We should also consider a command to add files as well.
