Organize windows in overview

Organizing windows has always been annoying in paperWM, because I have lots of windows open in one workspace, and ordering them individually takes a long time.

Let user organize windows in the overview by dragging them around.

PaperWM delegates to Gnome overview - meaning we couldn't implement this unless Gnome itself implemented this in it's overview... unless of course we write our our overview (which I've been thinking about for some time).

In meantime, until we write out own overview, the take/drop windows can be used to ease managing/arranging multiple windows at once:
