What feature are you requesting?

Add a function like 'duckdb_settings' that displays DuckDB extension details.

Why are you requesting this feature?

Enhanced debugging capabilities. This issue #175 is related to the state of DuckDB extensions, and adding this function can help better diagnose the problem.
