Parity UI display an error after installing on windows 10

I'm running:

• Parity client version: latest
• Parity UI version: 0.3.4
• Operating system: Windows
• Installed via: installer
• Fully synchronized: yes
• Network: ethereum
• I tried to restart both Parity UI and Parity Ethereum client: yes

I installed parity ui, then run it and this display a error while connecting to node:
An error occured while running parity.
OS: win32
Arch: x64
Channel: beta
Error: spawn UNKNOWN
file parity.exe.log is empty
