Related: #1176

Introduces:

  • - Going to http://ec4c1fe06c808fe3739858c347109b1f5f1ed4b5.daoclaim.ethcore.parity/ will download and open daoclaim dapp

Missing (will do in separate PRs)

  • Resolving names to hashes using Registrar contract
  • Resolving hashes to locations using GithubHint contract
  • Removing old dapps from cache (keeping only recent ones)
  • HTTPS support (rustls)
  • Downloaded file hash validation
  • Manifest validation
