Ummm.... in retrospect I missed this when it originally went in, should have asked. (This is along the same lines as what we do with errors) Good catch. |

This should fix the strange Copy to Clipboard snackbar behaviors (especially in Chrome).
Should also increase perf in React since only one Snackbar exists throughout the app, and not one per Copy to Clipboard button
