Please deploy following build to westend (RPC nodes and collators):

This is intended to debug/investigate empty blocks issue - testing light maintain.

Following option shall be provided to enable new txpool: --pool-type=fork-aware
Please keep following logs:

      "-lbasic-authorship=debug",
      "-ltxpool=info",
      "-lsync=debug",
