Reset Westend Muse Testnet to Genesis State

We are planning to test the state migration with the latest release. In order to do this we need the following:

• State reset
• Update node binaries to use custom transaction pool (Binary version 1.13.2)
• Update tx pool flags with:

   --pool-limit 100000
   --pool-kbytes 2048000

Reset is unsuccessful. I hit the same issue described here: #161 (comment). I will run ParasSudoWrapper.SudoScheduleParaCleanup, which will take 2 sessions (~2h), followed by parasSudoWrapper.sudoScheduleParaInitialize, which will take another 2 sessions (~2h).
