listing/on-chain-posts failed with status code 500

Investigate whether is a temporary issue, or if we have to do something about it on our side.

Looks like it was a temporary issue on the Polkassembly API's side.
It works now:

paritytech/polkadot-sdk#3371 (comment)

So closing this one. We have #148 that aims to increase our reliability in case of such external issues.

The same issue is happening still from time to time.
I've reported it to Polkassembly discord.
