No idea why #12325 did not update the weights for the election-provider-support but should be fixed.

That issue is for pallet-election-provider-multi-phase but this issue is for frame-election-provider-support.
Also there is something wrong with the shell script, since this is just skipped somehow not on the FRAME side,
