In order to limit the kubernetes token to only limited to namespace for running the zombienet test run. we will deliver this software to grant secure token to zombienet-cli for applying the manifest and spinning up the pods

service released into production gke
service accessible via the address https://auth.parity-zombienet.parity.io via vpc internally or vpn
code pushed to the branch auth-service -> https://github.com/paritytech/zombienet/tree/auth-service
