Previously, the grid export was on the right click menu. This needs to be refactored to be accessible as button on the bottom grid toolbar.

Also check any grids which don't have a toolbar and put one in as default.

A bit more info: The new exporter can export any grid with any fields an object supports. The user can pull in fields from the sub-objects (e.g. category name from the part).

What doesn't work yet is m:n relations (like part distributors, manufacturers etc), so reopening.
