Right now, you have to manually upload the asciicasts to an uploads folder and then insert the filename to a shortcode.

Let's update this plugin to allow users to manage asciicasts with the WP media manager.

Anything which makes live easier, yes =). If I find the time ill make a PR, lots of examples how to allow other filetypes.
