As a user
I would like to see the term "monoecious" somewhere in PATO
So that I can use the term reproducible in my work

The term monoecious refers to the hermaphroditic state of a plant see wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoicy
It is probable that the term can simply be added as a synonym to the existing PATO term "hermaphrodite" [PATO:0001340], although you may wish to take the opportunity to expand the PATO terminology to include other plant-specific sex-related terminology such as "dioicous".
