zero inflated beta-binomial

Hello,
I wonder if this family will be implemented in brms. I read this vignette on custom families but I still have a hard time employing stan to develop this function in brms. any hint is apprecaited.

I don't think I will have time to make this a built-in family anytime soon, unfortunately.
