Upgrade sample to latest aurelia

Tried your online sample app at http://aureliauth.opinionatedapps.com/

When loading it seems you sample still uses Aurelia 0.12

Also none of the external site logins that I've tried work (facebook, google, twitter)

That's right, the access right expired. But you can be confident that the aurelia-auth works with all auth providers.
Nonetheless, I'll update the demo app.
