Also don't try to test on multiple Python versions in CI. Also try to fix encoding/decoding errors on Windows, but there's ALWAYS an error on Windows, I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT, CAN'T IT READ UTF8 FOR CI'S SAKE.
