How to handle curl errors i.e.

<simpleError in curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = handle): transfer closed with 3085 bytes remaining to read>

A common curl error we could retreat:

Error in curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = handle): Empty reply from server
