Issue in redirecting after payment success - Redirect to Empty cart not Success Page

I am using Magento ver. 2.3.3 with Payfort extension. I am facing the issue of redirection after payment success.

PayFort Credit / Debit Cards Payment Method
Integration Type: Merchant Page 2.0

Expected result:
Redirect to Success Page

Actual result
Redirect to Empty Cart

In the response header, I found this error
Cookie: mage-messages=[{"type":"error","text":"Invalid Form Key. Please refresh the page."}

not yet but on support, they asked me to re-install the plugin, I'll do it soon and share the result here

On Magento 2.4.3 with the latest plugin version:

I am also experiencing this issue on Chrome and Safari. The order is however created in the admin, but without payment data (see below):

On Safari I am redirected to the order success page, but like above, there are no Payment Details on the Order.

Any thoughts?
