@payloadcms/plugin-seo improperly renders "add Breadcrumb" button

Describe the Bug

Breadcrumbs has an "Add Breadcrumb" button that it should not have and did not exist in older versions. Setting is manually to readOnly does not change anything either.

I hope you spare me for just linking to the blank website template. Genuinely, it occurs in all instances (you can check the website template as well)
Just look at any project that is using plugin-seo an updated version of Payload and you'll see it.

Reproduction Steps

Add @payloadcms/plugin-seo to any collection, with any configuration.

Observe the breadcrumbs field.
